How Do You Determine The Amount You Will Offer For Our Property?
There are many things that CMDI Logic has to consider. We look at the condition of your property, the extent and cost of the renovations required, when we will be able to complete these renovations, and the value of the repaired property relative to comparable properties in the same market.
Other things we consider carefully are the costs of real estate commissions to market the home, the potential cost of insurance, utilities, taxes, and loan payments associated with the home purchase, and any maintenance fees we might generate while renovating your home before we resell it.

The process can take as little as 7-10 days from the time we connect and begin talking with you. We usually have to inspect your property, and if everything lines up with our expectations, we will sign the contract.

If I Have Moved Out Of The Area Do I Have To Come Back For The Closing?
No.
