CMDI Logic is very committed to the privacy of your personal information. We do not distribute, sell, publish or in any way use your information outside of the requirements of our business with you. We further deal only with companies in pursuit of a settlement that are equally committed to the privacy of your personal information.

There are instances in which your personal information may need to be shared, in confidence, with parties intimate with the particular transactions occurring between CMDI Logic and yourself. Such sharing of knowledge is particular and exclusive to the transaction at hand and is necessary to close on the purchase, transfer and payment of your property.

Some information, by law, becomes part of the public record for the governing body of the land upon which your property sits, be it county or state or both.

Information is not requested by e-mail or web form that would infringe on your right to privacy or become insecure in a hostile web environment. Information that might be shared regarding personal finance, taxes, actions preempting a court judgement or court or civil action should not be shared through our web forms, but rather in person.

Barring a legal warrant or court order, we are not required to divulge information to any governmental body, though we will cooperate with law enforcement if a crime may have been committed through any transaction that CMDI Logic was directly involved with.
